there is currently an undetermined amount of djs, at least two, perhaps three, they are rotating
"i got fireworks, there's also a dj booth" [intermittent explosions in bachground]
"large- LARGE crowd coming" "anybody got a drone to find these fireworks?"
the barricades are falling
"we have too many we keep losing the barricades" is being repeated with increasing levels of panic lol
"I DONT EVEN KNOW IF THE CREW CAN MAKE IT THROUGH THE PEOPLE TO GET THE DJ"- hahahaha
"we lost the barricade at chestnut" "we lost a lot right now!"
"we have the barricade going up and down broad street" [defeated] "we lost all the barricades"
this is punctuated by people yelling in the background of every radio transmission by the way
someone is now throwing bottles
"we have random dirt bikes that have gotten around the barricade" "well now we got dirt bikes guys"
i keep hearing "we can start clearing the crowd out" as if that's an attainable goal
WE HAVE A FIRE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET FROM FIREWORKS
"uh this is an estimate but i got no less than 5000 people heading your way" "uh.....thanks"
"we're losing the intersection no cars are able to get through" that's on people in philly trying to drive rn imo

i've been avoiding the medic calls but broad and walnut just got a second "man down in his alcohol"
disregard second man, he has apparently gotten up out of his alcohol and continued partying
there's a crowd on a wagon?????
i believe they mean it's a police wagon and people are dancing on it, i do not have visual confirmation but lol

the septa station is now accidentally mildly on fire from some cardboard, "will probably burn itself out before you get here"
"i now have seven or eight people on horses, the fireworks are spooking them and they're rearing up....they're civilian horses"
"you got about 50 cars and 200 people...they've taken over the intersections, they got flares and everything....doing burnouts and donuts"
street racing intersection is up to like 250 people and has also added fireworks
"just be advised, the man is still on the pole....he's refusing to come down"
"i got people ripping out the light poles, two just came out of the ground"
the loose light pole is now blocking the street
we have what has been specified as a large fire in a street, in contrast to the rest of the regular fires i guess

I don't know if the multiple reports of 20-30 people in a dump truck are the same dump truck or not
"we now have a fire in the rioter's truck" "no the trucks not on fire the contents of the truck are on fire"
someone has got ahold of a linen trolley from a hotel and is setting the towels on fire and leaving them around the street
HORSE UPDATE! they are letting them lead the crowd
"i know we got a lot going on but we got a dumpster fire at 12th and chestnut just for your information" dispatcher: incredibly heavy sigh
"whatever he lit on fire is pouring out of that dumpster"

i need yall to understand this dispatcher is so done. i will stop adding the heavy sigh label just assume it's implied from here on out
